The resort hotel, with 250 suites, will be located at the back of the resort and decorated with water fountains, pools and gardens. Many of the facilities, such as fitness, wellness, and beauty centres are also located here. The view from the hotel over the resort is very impressive.
The natural contours of the land mean the hotel sits on higher ground ensuring ocean views from many apartments. Both types of hotel suite comprise a large bedroom and bathroom, a spacious open living room with kitchenette and a private terrace. The difference between the two types of hotel suite is the size of the terrace and the extras in the interior package.
There is also a great selection of beautiful resort apartments. These 372 apartments are situated in the middle of the resort closer to the sea. There are three types of apartments: garden apartments, with their own garden, the intermediate (middle floor) apartments and the penthouse apartments. The apartments are available as junior (1 bed) or senior (2 bed) apartments. The choice is yours!
The junior (1 bed) apartments measure 35 sq m plus a spacious terrace of 10 sq m. Each comprises one bedroom, an en-suite bathroom, spacious open plan living room and an open plan kitchen. The 70 sq m senior (2 bed) apartments offer a ‘Bank Backed Rental Guarantee’. They have a spacious, open plan living room with fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a large bathroom and a private terrace of no less than 20 sq m.
All of these apartments are ideally positioned, near to the sea, close to a swimming pool, with a restaurant or bar nearby. The apartments offer optimal privacy, phenomenal views and great financial returns. For the most discerning clients, penthouses and tropical beach lodges are available. The penthouse apartments have large terraces on the second floor and also a living room and roof terrace with spectacular views on the third floor. The location and luxurious interiors make these properties unique.
The apartments at the resort are being fully decorated in a colonial style, and come complete with furniture package, modern kitchen, bathroom with shower or bath, and air-conditioning.
